Appointments and services
Tell us as early as possible if plans change. Any cancellation terms are disclosed before confirmation. Safety or weather changes initiated by us qualify for rescheduling or refund of the affected service.
Products and projects
Eligible standard products must be unused and returned with packaging and proof of purchase. Custom-made, installed or hygiene-sensitive items are not returnable unless faulty.
